A RELATIONSHIP CAN OPEN A DOOR

Your people have
more to give than time.

We’ll walk through the data available and the questions you want to answer.

Talk through your report

ONE PROGRAM. SHARED EVIDENCE.

Useful to the people
making the decisions.

Whether you own the employee engagement budget, lead community investment, or develop your team, make the case with evidence relevant to your goals.

People & employee engagement

See where people participate.

Review engaged employees, contribution patterns, and the people they support. Use the report to guide participation and recognition.

CSR & social impact

Bring evidence to the conversation.

Connect community investment to recorded hours, relationships, and jobseeker outcomes. Share a clear account of your contribution with stakeholders.

Learning & team leaders

Make development practical.

Give employees opportunities to practice coaching, communication, and feedback. Pair their activity record with reflection on what they learned.

Talent acquisition

Understand the relationship path.

See recorded interview activity, offers, and hires at your company, alongside broader jobseeker outcomes. Identify where a hiring pathway could grow.

THE EMPLOYEE SIDE OF THE STORY

Give back.
Grow forward.

Volunteering creates room to practice leadership and learn from someone with a different perspective.

Employees can use MissionXP’s Your Impact and Your Growth views to review linked support, activity types, contributed hours, and achievements. Their reflections turn that record into a development conversation.

Hear a Champion’s story
01

Practice through contribution.

Explain ideas clearly, coach through a challenge, and give useful feedback.

02

Learn through relationships.

Meet people with different experiences and build trust by showing up.

03

Make experience visible.

Bring specific examples of participation and learning to career conversations.

CLARITY BUILDS CONFIDENCE

Know what the
numbers mean.

A useful report makes its definitions as clear as its results. Review what is recorded, what is linked, and what still needs information.

Context on every rate.

Employees contacted, employees engaged, and eligible headcount answer different questions. The denominator matters.

Contribution with context.

A recorded relationship before an offer shows involvement. It does not establish that volunteering alone caused the outcome.

Transparent wage figures.

First-year base wages describe recorded job offers. They are kept separate from volunteer-time valuations and company financial returns.

Visible data gaps.

Missing headcount, dates, or compensation should remain visible. The next conversation can focus on completing the picture.

BEFORE YOU CHOOSE A PLATFORM

Questions from
your side of the table.

What is MissionXP’s employee engagement platform?

MissionXP connects corporate volunteering, employee development, and community impact through re:WORK TRAINING. Employees share professional skills with jobseekers, while the platform records participation, relationship activity, and available career outcomes. Companies can use that information to review their program and communicate its contribution.

How does MissionXP compare with platforms such as Benevity?

Benevity offers a broad corporate purpose platform spanning giving, volunteering, grants, and employee groups. MissionXP focuses on skills-based volunteering with jobseekers and social capital impact reporting: who your employees supported, how those relationships developed, and which recorded career outcomes followed. Choose based on the program you want to run and the evidence your team needs.

Benevity platform overview
Can this fit alongside our existing CSR or volunteering program?

Yes. A re:WORK partnership can become a focused skills-based volunteering initiative within your broader program. In a partnership conversation, we can discuss employee participation, reporting needs, and how you would use the report alongside your existing tools. Any data transfer or integration requirements should be confirmed during that conversation.

What can our company’s impact report include?

Depending on the records available, reports can include employees engaged, jobseekers supported, hours and activity types, Champion participation, interview and offer activity, company hires, and recorded first-year base wages. Rates state their denominator, and missing data is identified. We will review the scope and reporting period with your team.

Does a job offer prove that our volunteering caused the hire?

No. A traced offer means an employee appears in the jobseeker’s recorded relationship history before the offer. That establishes a connection, not sole causation. Company hires and jobseeker outcomes at other employers are reported separately. Wage totals describe recorded compensation, not financial returns to your company.

Can the data support CSR, ESG, or employee development reporting?

The report gives those teams evidence to review: participation, activity, relationship history, and available jobseeker outcomes. Employees can also use their own activity and achievements for reflection and development conversations. Your reporting team determines how the evidence fits its disclosures; the report does not certify compliance or measure employee retention on its own.

Do we need to be hiring to become a partner?

No. Your employees can contribute through mentoring, mock interviews, résumé feedback, and sharing professional knowledge. If hiring is one of your goals, discuss ways to connect relevant opportunities to jobseekers your people support.

How do pricing and getting started work?

Corporate partnerships combine employee volunteering with annual financial support starting at $1,000. Company contributions, employee giving, and employer matches can count toward that support. Start a partnership conversation to discuss goals, scope, and next steps. Individual volunteering is free. Community, workforce, and funding collaborations are scoped separately.
