User Representation & Geographic Eligibility

The MissionXP platform is currently designed for and directed at residents of the United States. By accessing or using the platform, you represent and warrant that you are physically located within the United States. If you are accessing this site from the United Kingdom, European Union, or European Economic Area, you do so at your own risk. Use of VPNs or other deceptive measures to circumvent geographic restrictions is a violation of these Terms.

Agreement to Terms

MissionXP is a product owned and operated by re:WORK TRAINING. By accessing or using MissionXP, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users including job seekers, volunteer Champions, and corporate partners.

Use of Artificial Intelligence

MissionXP uses artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning technologies to power certain features of our platform. By using MissionXP, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

AI-Powered Features

  • •BDR AI Coach: An AI-powered conversational assistant that provides career coaching, interview prep, and job search advice.
  • •Transferable Skills Analyzer: AI-generated analysis of your work experience and skills to help you identify relevant capabilities for tech sales roles.
  • •Resume Builder & LinkedIn Optimizer: AI-assisted tools to help draft, refine, and optimize your professional materials.
  • •Content Generation: AI may be used to generate blog posts, recommendations, and other informational content on the platform.

Important Limitations of AI

  • AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Always use your own judgment before acting on AI suggestions.
  • AI coaching and advice does not constitute professional career, legal, or financial advice.
  • MissionXP is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs.

Your interactions with AI features may be used to improve platform functionality. Please do not share sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers, financial account details, or passwords) with any AI feature on the platform.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use MissionXP for lawful purposes only. Specifically, you agree NOT to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to access unauthorized areas of the platform
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the platform for commercial purposes without authorization

User Accounts

Account Creation

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Account Types

  • •Job Seekers: Track applications, build networks, and access career resources
  • •Champions (Volunteers): Provide mentorship and support to job seekers
  • •Corporate Partners: Post jobs and create volunteer programs

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to MissionXP (job listings, questions, answers, profile information). However, by posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating and improving the platform.

Content Standards

All user content must:

  • Be truthful and accurate
  • Respect the privacy and rights of others
  • Not contain offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate material
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous, reliable access to MissionXP. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • •Technical issues or emergencies
  • •Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice.

Intellectual Property

The MissionXP platform, including its design, features, functionality, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by MissionXP and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or software without our express written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available"

  • No Employment Guarantee: MissionXP is a career management tool. We do not guarantee job placement, interviews, or employment outcomes.
  • User Verification: While we encourage accurate profiles, we do not verify the identity, qualifications, or employment status of users.
  • Third-Party Content: Job listings and other third-party content are the responsibility of those who post them.
  • Advice Disclaimer: Information shared by volunteers and other users is for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional career advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MissionXP and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

  • •Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • •Loss of data or inability to access the service
  • •Unsuccessful job searches or employment outcomes
  • •Interactions with other users of the platform
