re:WORK TRAINING is a nonprofit workforce development organization. MissionXP grew out of the work of helping people prepare, connect, and navigate the job market.

Who is MissionXP for?
MissionXP is a job search and relationship-building platform created by re:WORK TRAINING. We welcome partnership conversations with university career centers, community colleges, workforce development organizations, and nonprofit training programs supporting people into employment or through a career change.
Who built MissionXP?
MissionXP is created and operated by re:WORK TRAINING, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit workforce development organization. It grew from our work helping people prepare for careers, build professional relationships, and navigate their job search. You are talking with the nonprofit behind the platform.
Do participants need to join the re:WORK Academy?
No. Participants can use MissionXP’s job search and relationship tools without enrolling in the Academy. Academy training is an optional additional path, with its own enrollment process. A partnership does not require your learners to become Academy students.
Can MissionXP work alongside Handshake or our existing systems?
It can be explored as a focused job search and social capital initiative alongside your existing career services. We will review your workflow, participant experience, staff access, and reporting needs together. Confirm any integration or data-transfer requirements with us; we do not assume a ready-made connection to your systems.
What can we measure?
MissionXP records job applications and stages, contacts and relationship activity, and available employment outcomes. re:WORK uses staff views to review participant activity and an impact dashboard to review recorded placements and salary information. Your partnership conversation will define the participants, reporting period, available fields, and access your organization needs.
Does a relationship record prove it caused a job offer?
No. Activity records help show the steps someone took and the relationships present in their job search. They do not establish that a particular conversation, volunteer, or program caused an offer. Outcomes depend on the information recorded; missing records should not be treated as zero activity or zero success.
What about pricing, data access, and institutional requirements?
We will discuss partnership scope and cost, who needs access, and the information your team needs before you make a commitment. Bring your privacy, procurement, accessibility, and reporting requirements to the conversation so we can assess fit. Starting a partnership conversation does not create a subscription or commit your organization to a partnership.
How can our organization help MissionXP grow?
Bring your community’s experience to the conversation. We are looking for universities and workforce organizations interested in using the platform, sharing practical feedback, and exploring ways to connect learners with people who can help. Together, we can identify a useful starting point and agree on the partnership’s scope.
